Purpose: For everyone to be successful. That is Trainers, Consultants, Parents, Stakeholders, the community and GMO. Success is everyone thriving.
Vision: GMO to build a financially successful online community of Trainers and Consultants by offering them a structure, systems, resources, webinars, support, networking and training.
Value: GMO values people, because people are central to everything we do and it is people from diverse cultures (GM is in 26 countries), parents and families from these communities that participate in the programme. At the Heart of the GM are  “Children” to ensure they have emotional resilience and unconditional love as they are our future and the future of our planet.
Care: GMO cares  – this represents the principle belief that GMO ensures everyone’s well-being. Take care of the business; ensure ‘Method’ is safeguarded and shared with as many families as we can.
